Lost or Stolen Package?

Once a package has been transferred to a carrier, Jamestina Beauty is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier for updates on your package. Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon the order's shipment. Failure to submit an email or mobile number during customer registration or check will prevent you from receiving such notifications.

I put the wrong address and my order was returned to sender.

For packages returned to Jamestina Beauty, customer will receive a new reshipping invoice that must be paid in full for the order to be resent. The email will be sent from contact@jamestina.com

Do you offer in store pick up?

Currently we offer next day pick up at our Atlanta location.  You can make your order today and pick up your order the next day.  This is excluding weekends.

Refund and Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds nor exchanges at this time. If the wrong item was sent to you, email us at contact@jamestinabeauty.com . Note: the item cannot be opened or tampered with. Once we receive the item(s) we will examine it to ensure it has not been opened or tampered with.

Refund of Returned Package?
In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Jamestina Beauty, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Jamestina Beauty by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing and Shipping Time?

Jamestina Beauty reserves 2 to 3 business days, after your purchase was made to process your order. Our processing time DOES NOT include Sundays or holidays. Processing means we have received your order and it is being sorted, packed, and prepared. Once your package has been transferred to the carriers, orders take 5 to 10 business days to show movement on the tracking information.
