Refund policy
All sales are final. We only accept returns for products if the incorrect item was shipped to.
In the unlikely event that the wrong product was delivered, the customer must contact our Customer Support email within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out. In the unlikely event that the wrong product was delivered, we will provide a return label for the customer to send back the item. Please make sure this item has not been tampered with. After receiving we will send out your replacement item. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc) is not available, we will refund the full retail price.
