Local pick up available in Lanham, MD for next day pickup. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing pick up orders. This excludes weekends. All orders must be picked up within 5 days of your confirmation email. After 5 days, your order will be canceled and refunded. We do not hold items past 5 days.

Jamestina Beauty reserves 2 to 3 business days, after your purchase was made, to process your order. This excludes Friday-Sunday and holidays. Processing means we have received your order and it is being sorted, packed, and prepared.
Once your package has been sent to the carriers, orders take 3 to 6 business days to show movement on the tracking information.
